These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how we operate and how we work together. By using our website or any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Using Our Services
You’re welcome to use our Services as long as you:
• Are 18 or older
• Are legally able to enter a service agreement
• Use our Services in a lawful, responsible way
Pretty simple—use the technology safely and don’t try to break, bypass, or misuse anything we provide.
3. How We Deliver Services
Our goal is to keep your business running smoothly. We focus on uptime, security, and dependable performance using industrystandard best practices and SOC 2–aligned processes. Any specifics (scope, costs, timelines, deliverables) will be documented in a signed agreement or statement of work.
4. Security Is a Priority
Security matters—both for you and for us. We follow strict SOC 2 principles, including:
• Strong access controls
• Secure configuration and monitoring
• Encryption where appropriate
• Documented processes and change management
We work hard to keep your systems safe, and we expect the same effort from you—protect your passwords, follow recommended policies, and let us know quickly if something seems off.
5. Confidentiality
Anything sensitive you share with us stays between us. That includes:
• Credentials
• System information
• Client or business data
• Documentation we create for you
We don’t sell, rent, or share your data with third parties unless it’s required to deliver your services or to meet a legal obligation.
6. How We Handle Data
We only collect the data we need to deliver our services and support your systems. We may also use anonymized or aggregated data to improve our tools and processes.
If we host, store, or process data on your behalf, we follow SOC 2–aligned privacy and retention standards. You can always request details about how your information is used.
7. ThirdParty Tools & Services
Much of what we provide depends on platforms like Microsoft 365, security vendors, cloud services, and hardware manufacturers. You agree to follow those vendors’ licensing and usage rules.
If a thirdparty service has an outage, interruption, or issue, we’ll help where we can—but some things are outside our control.
8. What We Need From You
To keep your technology running smoothly, we need your help with:
• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining proper software licenses
• Giving our team necessary access
• Following our technical recommendations
Delays in access or missing information can slow things down for your organization.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law:
• We’re not responsible for indirect or incidental damages (like lost revenue or downtime)
• Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid to C3 Tech in the 12 months prior to the claim
This doesn’t apply to cases involving gross negligence or anything else that can’t be limited by law.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
We promise to deliver services professionally and with reasonable care. No IT service can guarantee 100% uptime or total threat prevention, and no vendor—including us—can guarantee flawless performance of thirdparty systems.
All services are provided asis unless a written agreement states otherwise.
11. Ending Services
You can end services as described in your agreement or SOW. We may also end services if:
• You violate these Terms
• You fail to meet payment or access requirements
• A legal or security risk requires it
Once services end, we will return or securely delete your data following our retention policies.
12. Intellectual Property
All tools, documents, processes, templates, and materials we develop remain the property of C3 Tech unless otherwise agreed in writing. You’re welcome to use deliverables we create for you, but you can’t copy, resell, or reverseengineer our proprietary materials.
13. Updates to These Terms
As our services evolve, we may update these Terms. When we do, the updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of the State of Indiana.
