We have been working with Ed and Ben since 2010. The customer service that they offer our company is unmatched. We do need them to travel to the office from time to time to replace or repair equipment. However the most valuable service that they offer our company is their ability to log in remotely to our computers. Not only does this help us here at the office when there is an immediate problem, but half of our employees are on the road most of the week and being able to help them when they are out of town is an unmeasurable service.
